GMT plus one hour in the winter, GMT plus two hours in the summer.
Shops' working hours
Most shops in the centre of the city open every working day from 8am until 8pm, on Saturday and Sundays until 3pm or 8pm, while shopping malls stay open every week day from 7am until 9pm.
Health services
Hospitals and clinics charge for the provision of their health services i.e. each doctor's appointment and stay in the hospital must be paid for. Foreign tourists don't pay for health services if they come from a country with which Croatia has a signed Health Protection Convention.
Electric voltage (electricity) and water
The voltage of the Zagreb city electric network electric is 220 V, 50 Hz. Water from the water supply system can be used for drinking on the entire Croatian territory.
